For such a small amount of code, the ::Tiny family of modules
have caused a large amount of controversy (and flame wars).
Although started by accident with Config::Tiny, patterns have
emerged as the collection has grown, and a surprising accumulation
of research is showing how, where and why these small chunks of
crippled code are so successful.
